Unopened Products: If you change your mind and wish to return the product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the product is still unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition with the original packaging intact.

Order Errors: If you receive a product that does not match your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days. We will cover the return shipping costs for the wrong product.

Services: For services such as repairs or setups, no refund will be provided once the service has been started, as the service is rendered. If there is an issue with the service, we will provide additional repairs free of charge.
